The name captures that moment where heat still glows beneath the surface. A 6-string oud tuned to Fff (Fa-Fa), a movable floating bridge on a solid spruce soundboard, ebony pegs, fixed bridge, nitrocellulose glossy finish on the bowl, and three oval soundboard holes.

Essential Walnut 2 $800
The Essential Walnut uses the wood that has defined Levantine oud making for centuries. Walnut was the bowl material of choice for luthiers across the region, valued for its availability and its warm, rounded sonic response. A 6-string oud tuned to Fff (Fa-Fa), with a solid spruce soundboard, walnut bowl with nitrocellulose matt finish, ebony pegs, floating bridge, and three oval soundboard holes.
The walnut bowl delivers a balanced tone with rich low-mids, while the three oval holes open up the mid-range and add brightness to the higher registers. The floating bridge enhances sustain and tonal richness, making this a versatile instrument for traditional Arabic repertoire and contemporary playing alike.
