Five-year INAQ warranty
Every INAQ instrument is covered for five years from the date of first purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Each instrument is strung, tuned, played and inspected before it leaves the workshop. Register your instrument below to activate the warranty: we record the ownership date and serial number, and from then on a claim is one email or WhatsApp message away.
What is covered
- Structural defects in the bowl, neck, pegbox and soundboard, including glue-joint failure and cracks not caused by impact or climate neglect.
- Bridge lifting or separation.
- Peg, fret or mandal fitting defects present at delivery.
- Finish defects present at delivery.
What is not covered
- Strings, rishas and normal wear from playing.
- Damage from impact, dropping, transport after delivery, or improper storage.
- Cracks or warping caused by extreme dryness, humidity or heat. Keep the instrument between roughly 40 and 60 percent relative humidity, away from radiators, direct sun and car interiors.
- Alterations or repairs by anyone other than INAQ or a repairer we have authorised in writing.
How a claim works
- Email us or message us on WhatsApp with your serial number, a description, and photos or a short video.
- We reply within three working days with a diagnosis and the next step.
- Depending on the fault and your location we repair at the workshop, ship spare parts with instructions, or authorise a local repairer and cover the agreed cost.
The warranty applies to the first owner and is tied to the registered serial number.
