Delivery & Returns
We want you to enjoy our products at the soonest time possible. We will endeavor to ship the material by the very next day of your placing order on us, and you may receive the goods in the next couple of days. Orders placed before 12 pm (GMT+4) will be dispatched on the same day, Sunday to Thursday. Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to change the delivery address. During checkout, you automatically request us to arrange for a courier on your behalf. We strive hard to deliver orders within the following days from the date of receipt and completion of your order. Delivery charges will be fetched automatically at checkout, estimate delivery time per location is as follow:
- Lebanon; within a maximum of 2 working days (please note that we deliver all across the Lebanon except certain areas which are considered as out of service areas. Exceptional deliveries to these areas will need more time than the deliveries to non-remote areas.)
- Rest of the world, within 10 to 30 working days
However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. If you do not receive your order within the above period of time, please get in touch on [email protected] We regard no obligation for any delay of the shipment. Please also note that:
- Placed orders cannot be cancelled.
- Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
- The multiple booking/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement
INAQ will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of the sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of Lebanon.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our in-stock products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was received in the last 7 days.
- The product is in its original packaging and the product isn’t used or damaged.
- All labels are still attached and not damaged on the product.
Products that do not meet these criteria, will not be considered for a return. To return a package, please follow the below steps:
- Let us know why you would like to return the package.
- Once you receive an email confirmation for a return, you will be provided with the details on how to and where you shall ship the product in its original packaging.
Returns Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are covered by the Client and not the Brand.
- Once the return request is received and accepted, we will send you to ship the product to our address with the original packaging and safety packaging.
- Customers in Lebanon can visit the factory and make the return directly during the factory working hours (08h00 to 18h00 Monday to Friday)
- Shipping charges for resending to customer a returned product that is not accepted for not meeting the criteria listed in the above section will be covered by the client and not the Brand.
Refunds
- Refunds for orders paid by credit cards will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. We will refund you the price of the original order excluding the return shipping label fee (as detailed above) after we receive the product in a proper condition.
- COD orders will have its refund with the same mode of payment.
- Cash on delivery charges, Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items. Once the return items are received and have passed the quality check, we will issue you a store credit to shop for another item of the same value from our web store. Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The items you will purchase with the store credit might be subject to shipping fees at the checkout.
Damaged Items
Each and every item is checked carefully before being shipped to you. However, if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately on [email protected] for assistance.
